Application on an appeal and a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 14, 2015, and an appeal from a judgment of the same court dated August 12, 2015, to withdraw the appeal from the order insofar as taken against Bay Shine Management Company and Ray Chen, and to withdraw the cross appeal from that order.
Upon the stipulation of the attorneys for the respective parties to the appeals and cross appeal dated September 25, 2017, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, and the appeal from the order dated April 14, 2015, insofar as taken against Bay Shine Management Company and Ray Chen, and the cross appeal from that order, are deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements.
