| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Nella Manko, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated April 7, 2017, which determined appeals from three judgments of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered July 25, 2013, August 23, 2013, and November 15, 2013, respectively, and from two orders of the same court dated August 2, 2013, and August 28, 2013, respectively, for poor person relief, and to waive the motion filing fee.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive the motion filing fee is denied as unnecessary (see CPLR 8022[b]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
