Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Rockland County, rendered November 15, 2005, which was determined by a decision and order of this Court dated April 7, 2009, for leave to reargue his prior motion for leave to reargue the appeal, which was determined by decision and order on motion dated May 17, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
