Schubl to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, including the trial, pending hearing and determination of appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered August 15, 2016. Separate motion by the appellant Hasit Thakore to stay the trial in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
