| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated January 30, 2017, and March 21, 2017, respectively, and in effect, to deem the appellants' appendix and the briefs filed in connection with the appeal from the order dated January 30, 2017, to also be filed in connection with the appeal from the order dated March 21, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appeals are consolidated, the appellants' appendix and the briefs filed in connection with the appeal from the order dated January 30, 2017, are deemed also to be filed in connection with the appeal from the order dated March 21, 2017, the issues on the appeals are limited to the issues raised in the appellants' brief, and on or before October 24, 2017, the appellants shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the order dated March 21, 2017, and the notice of appeal from that order.
