DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent-appellant to preclude the attorney for the children from filing a brief or participating in oral argument on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated August 9, 2016.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, Edward E. Caesar, Esq., 26 Court Street, Suite 2401, Brooklyn, NY 11242, 718-246-2712, assigned as the attorney for the children by the Family Court, Kings County, is relieved of the assignment on the appeal, and is directed to turn over all papers in the proceedings to the new attorney for the children herein assigned; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120, the following named attorney is assigned as the attorney for the children on the appeals:

and it is further,
