Motion by the appellant-respondent to unseal the transcript of the testimony of the child Alexandria F. which occurred on August 13, 2013, on an appeal and a cross appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated August 30, 2016.

ORDERED that the motion is denied as unnecessary, since the transcript at issue was not sealed.
