Motion by Sandino Campbell to consolidate appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated September 16, 2014, and a judgment of the same court rendered April 28, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic in light of the decision and order on application of this Court dated April 8, 2015, which denied the application for leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated September 16, 2014, and the decision and order on motion of this Court decided herewith, which denied leave to reargue the prior application.
