An appeal having been taken to this Court from the judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, rendered on or about March 21, 2012, which judgment was unanimously affirmed by this Court on September 30, 2014 (Appeal No. 3057), And an order of this Court having been entered on July 3, 2014 (M-2720), denying defendant-appellant's pro se motion for an order releasing the minutes of the Grand Jury proceedings in connection with the aforesaid judgment, And defendant-appellant having renewed the motion for an order releasing the Grand Jury minutes (M-2720), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
