Motion by D. K. to consolidate an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 2, 2016, and appeals from two orders of the same court dated July 20, 2016, and March 1, 2017, and, in effect, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals is granted, and the time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until November 6, 2017; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied as unnecessary as the appeals may be consolidated as of right (see 22 NYCRR 670.7[c][1]).
