ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated October 5, 2017, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered February 23, 2017, and a judgment of the same court entered May 1, 2017, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto" and substituting therefor the "the papers filed in opposition thereto."
