DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 8, 2016, and October 3, 2016, respectively, with an appeal from a judgment of the same court, entered July 21, 2017, and, in effect, to limit the issues on the appeal from the judgment to the issues raised in the briefs filed in connection with the appeals from the orders, and for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing, inter alia, the judgment and notice of appeal from the judgment.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeals are consolidated, the issues on the appeal from the judgment are limited to the issues raised in the briefs filed in connection with the orders, on or before October 31, 2017, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment and notice of appeal from the judgment, and the motion is otherwise denied.
