Motion by the respondent Ames' Strand View West Corp., doing business as Shines
Tavern, for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing replacement color photographs for certain photographs contained in the record on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered December 28, 2016, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before October 20, 2017, the respondent shall serve and file a supplemental record containing replacement color photographs for the photographs contained on pages R297, R300 through R303 and R358 through R374 of the record; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until October 20, 2017, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
