| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, to consolidate appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated July 7, 2015, and a judgment of the same court, entered December 14, 2016, to limit the issues on the appeal from the judgment to the issues raised in the briefs filed in connection with the appeal from the order, and for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment and notice of appeal from the judgment.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, to consolidate the appeals, to limit the issues on the appeal from the judgment to the issues raised in the briefs filed in connection with the appeal from the order, and for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment and notice of appeal from the judgment is granted, and on or before October 31, 2017, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment and notice of appeal from the judgment; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
