Motion by American Civil Liberties Union, Autistic Self Advocacy Network, Arc of the United States, Civil Rights Education and Enforcement Center, Disabled Parents' Rights, Katherine Moore, National Federation of the Blind, New York University School of Law Family Defense Clinic, Office of Respondent Parents' Counsel, and Robyn M. Powell on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated November 16, 2016, for leave to reargue their prior motion for leave to file an amici curiae brief, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 8, 2017.
