| ECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by Chimdi Obiaku Nwosu, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on February 3, 2016, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Chimdi Ginsburg Tuffs.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Chimdi Obiaku Nwosu to Chimdi Ginsburg Tuffs, effective immediately.
