| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se to be provided with "all [the] pretrial transcripts" on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered October 21, 2016, to aid in the preparation of a supplemental brief, and to enlarge the time to serve and file the supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental brief is granted, and the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before December 11, 2017; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied with leave to renew upon proper papers specifying the dates of the pretrial proceedings for which transcripts are sought.
