| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Alex Flores, Lucio Ramirez, Benigno Aguilar, and Emmanuel Flores for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel on an appeal to the Court of Appeals from an opinion and order of this Court dated July 5, 2017, which reversed four judgments of the County Court, Orange County, rendered August 6, 2010, August 9, 2010, and August 31, 2010 (two judgments), respectively, and for consolidation. A certificate granting leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the opinion and order of this Court dated July 5, 2017, was granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 28, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to seeking relief in the Court of Appeals (see 22 NYCRR 500.20[e]).
