ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 10, 2017, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated June 21, 2017, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Kings County" and substituting therefor the words "Queens County."
