Motions by appellant for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division from a decision and order on motion of this court dated June 7, 2017, which denied a motion by appellant for leave to reargue an appeal from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered May 30, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that appellant's motions are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant's motions are denied.
