The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Selvyn Scott, Appellant.

Motion by appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Town of Goshen, Orange County, rendered August 23, 2017, to compel the Justice Court, pursuant to CPL 460.10 (3), to file a return to appellant's affidavit of errors.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied as moot, as the return has been filed.
