Application to be relieved as attorney for the
children.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been
filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that Paula Michaud, Esq., is relieved of
appointment as attorney for the children and Omshanti Parnes, Esq., P.O. Box 1984, Plattsburgh,
NY 12901, is appointed in her place and stead pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 (b);
and it is further
ORDERED that the time for the attorney for the child to file and serve the brief is extended to October 30, 2017; and it is further
ORDERED that the
children be made available to the attorney for the children as she may direct.
