Motion by the appellant-respondent on appeals and cross appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, both dated September 9, 2016, and a judgment of the same court entered March 23, 2017, to extend the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 28, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before October 23, 2017, the appellant-respondent shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment and the notices of appeal and cross appeal from the judgment.
