| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 22, 2017, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 28, 2017, as conditioned a stay of enforcement of the judgment upon the perfection of the appeal on or before August 28, 2017, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the decretal paragraphs of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 28, 2017, are amended by deleting therefrom the date "August 28, 2017," and substituting therefor the date "October 27, 2017," and the time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until October 27, 2017.
