Application by the respondents Margaret M. Goldstein, as administrator of the estate of David Goldstein, Jagpreet Dhillon, North Shore Pulmonary Associates, Jay M. Barbakoff, Walter Szcupak, and Anthony C. Theodoris pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) for a 60-day enlargement of time to serve and file a brief on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated November 18, 2015, and five judgments of the same court entered January 15, 2016, February 18, 2016, February 23, 2016 (two judgments), and March 3, 2016, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that the applicants' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until November 13, 2017, the applicants' brief shall be served and filed on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied.
