v Steven A. Saporito, appellant.

Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, both dated January 13, 2017, and to reinstate certain "consent orders," pending hearing and determination of appeals from the orders dated January 13, 2017. Separate motions by the respondent to dismiss the appeals for failure to properly settle the transcripts or, in the alternative, to enlarge the time to serve and file briefs with respect to each appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the appellant's motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branches of the respondent's motions which are to dismiss the appeals are denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branches of the respondent's motions which are to enlarge the respondent's time to serve and file briefs with respect to each appeal are granted, the respondent's time to serve and file briefs for each appeal is enlarged until November 15, 2017, and the respondent shall serve and file her separate briefs for each appeal on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the time for the attorney for the child to serve and file briefs with respect to each appeal is enlarged until November 15, 2017, and the attorney for the child shall serve and file separate briefs for each appeal on or before that date.
