ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 19, 2017, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered February 18, 2015, is amended by deleting from the second decretal paragraph thereof the words "Supreme Court, Kings County," and substituting therefor the words "Supreme Court, Queens County."
