| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the time serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered May 29, 2013. Separate motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the judgment roll to include certain audiotapes, reports, and other records of the medical examiner.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion to enlarge the time serve and file the supplemental brief and the papers filed in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion to enlarge the judgment roll and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to enlarge the time serve and file the pro se supplemental brief is granted, and the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before December 14, 2017; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion to enlarge the judgment roll is denied.
