| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to correct the record and the appellant's brief to include omitted material on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered August 25, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before October 24, 2017, the appellant shall add pages 23, 24, and 30, as well as the table of contents and the table of authorities to the copies of the appellant's brief filed with the Clerk of the Court, and add the table of contents to the copies of the record filed with the Clerk of the Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent may serve and file a replacement brief on or before November 27, 2017, if he be so advised.
