DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Woodlyne Singer for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated August 10, 2017, and to stay enforcement of so much of the order as awarded temporary custody of the subject children to the respondent, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and enforcement of so much of the order as awarded temporary custody of the subject children to the respondent is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal, or further order of the Family Court, Kings County, determining the above-entitled proceedings, whichever occurs first.
