| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant for leave to serve and file a replacement brief on appeals from two judgments of the County Court, Dutchess County, both rendered December 16, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's brief is stricken, and the appellant shall serve and file a replacement brief on or before November 13, 2017; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until January 11, 2018, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
