Appeals and a cross appeal having been taken to this Court from orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about July 16, 2015 and August 12, 2015, respectively, And defendant-appellant-respondent, J. Construction Company, LLC, having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect its appeal from the order entered on or about July 16, 2015, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal from the July 16, 2015 order to the January 2018 Term. Sua sponte, the time to perfect the cross appeal from the July 16, 2015 order, and plaintiff's appeal from the August 12, 2015 order is enlarged to said January 2018 Term. The clerk is directed to calendar both the appeals and cross appeal to be heard on the same day for the January 2018 Term. ENTERED: October 19, 2017
