Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit and amended affidavit of David C. Temes, Esq., sworn to September 22, 2017, and September 26, 2017, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered September 11, 2017, is hereby amended by deleting the date September 25, 2017, and inserting in its place the date November 1, 2017, and
It is further ORDERED that second order paragraph of the order of this Court entered September 11, 2017, is hereby amended by deleting the date October 10, 2017, and inserting in its place the date November 16, 2017.
