ECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by the respondent-appellant on appeals from four orders of the Family Court, Kings County, all dated July 11, 2016 (one as to each child), for leave to withdraw the appeals as to the children Jaqun D. C. and Dominick L. W., under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2016-09227 and 2016-09233.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted and the appeals under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2016-09227 and 2016-09233 are deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements.
