Motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from three judgments of the County Court, Orange County, one rendered May 31, 2016, and two rendered February 21, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the two appeals from the respective judgments rendered February 21, 2017, is granted, and the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal from the judgment rendered May 31, 2016, will be calendared together with and will be argued or submitted on the same date as the appeals from the judgments rendered February 21, 2017.
