| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing color copies of the photographs on pages 275 and 276 of the record on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 23, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing color copies of the photographs on pages 275 and 276 of the record is granted, and on or before November 8, 2017, the appellant shall serve and file the supplemental record containing copies of the two color photographs and remove pages 275 and 276 from the copies of the record filed with the Clerk of the Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
