DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Samira Mrsic, and cross appeal by Kwak Yen Kwan, from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated December 9, 2016. The appellant-respondent was granted poor person relief on February 10, 2017, and the following named attorney was assigned to prosecute the appeal:
