An appeal having been taken to this Court from the judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about April 21, 2017,And defendant-appellant having moved for a continuation of a stay of execution of judgment pending hearing and determination of the appeal, for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal, or, in the alternative, to assign new counsel, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of continuing the stay of execution of judgment, granted on April 21, 2017, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
