| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated June 22, 2016, and to direct the appellant to correct the appearance for the respondents' counsel on the cover of the record and the appellant's brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until November 6, 2017, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied without prejudice to renew upon proof that the consent to change attorney, dated November 22, 2016, was served upon appellant's attorney of record prior to perfection of the appeal.
