Appeal by Danielle I. Hugee from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated May 15, 2017. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 25, 2017, the respondent was granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal, and the following named attorney was assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal, and directed to contact the respondent and determine the respondent's interest in responding to the appeal:

By letter dated October 15, 2017, assigned counsel notified the Court that he has been unable to contact the respondent, and asked to be relieved of his assignment.
