DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Thomas J. Maliszweski from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated November 2, 2016. By order on certification of this Court dated July 11, 2017, the respondent was granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal, and the following named attorney was assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal, and directed to contact the respondent and determine the respondent's interest in responding to the appeal:
