DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Jesse Starnes for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated August 2, 2017. Separate motion by Jesse Starnes to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion to stay enforcement of the order is denied as academic.
