DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant on an appeal from a decision of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated May 17, 2017, to extend appellant's time to comply with the payment requirement of a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated August 16, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and appellant's time to comply with the payment requirement of the decision and order on motion of this court dated August 16, 2017 is extended to 14 days after the date of this decision and order on motion, and appellant is directed to continue to comply with the other conditions contained in the decision and order on motion of this court dated August 16, 2017; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event that any of the above conditions are not met, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or respondents may move to vacate the stay on three days' notice.
