DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered November 27, 2015, and a judgment of the same court entered March 2, 2016, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the judgment pending hearing and determination of the appeals and, in effect, to hold the appeals in abeyance pending certain proceedings by the Queens County District Attorney.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[e]) and prior order of this Court.
