| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant for leave to serve and file a replacement brief on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated December 17, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's brief is stricken, and on or before November 9, 2017, the appellant shall serve and file a replacement brief in the form annexed to the motion papers; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the petitioner-respondent and the attorney for the child may serve and file replacement briefs, if they be so advised, on or before December 9, 2017; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until December 26, 2017, and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
