| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Application by the objectant-respondent John Bartolini pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Queens County, dated August 15, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the applicant's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until November 6, 2017, and the applicant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until November 16, 2017, and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
