Motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 15, 2017.

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the notice of appeal from the order dated March 15, 2017, is deemed to be a notice of appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 15, 2017 (see CPLR 5512[a]).
