Motion by appellants on an appeal from a decision of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated February 21, 2017, to continue a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated June 28, 2017. Separate motion by respondent to vacate the stay, or for alternative relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that appellants' motion and respondent's motion are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,

ORDERED that appellants' motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that respondent's motion is granted and the stay is vacated.
