| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated March 24, 2017, and an order of the same court entered April 7, 2017, to stay enforcement of the judgment, pending hearing and determination of the appeals. Separate motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to stay enforcement of the judgment is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until December 15, 2017, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
