DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the petitioner-appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated October 11, 2017, and to continue the release of the subject children to their respective fathers, under its supervision, with the conditions that the subject children remain in the State of New York and the respondent-respondent comply with the provisions of a temporary order of protection dated September 22, 2017, as existed prior to the issuance of the order dated October 11, 2017, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order dated October 11, 2017.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, enforcement of the order dated October 11, 2017, is stayed, and the release of the subject children to their respective fathers is continued, under the petitioner-appellant's supervision, with the conditions that the subject children remain in the State of New York and the respondent-respondent comply with the provisions of a temporary order of protection dated September 22, 2017, as existed prior to the issuance of the order dated October 11, 2017, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order dated October 11, 2017.
